The Merchandising Women’s Shoe Manager for North America from Louis Vuitton corporate presented the collection. She spoke about the craftsmanship behind each piece as well as other interesting facts about each LV shoe. For instance, each shoe from this collection is named after something in Paris. ♥

Accessories can really change the look of an outfit which is what makes them so special and important. Take a typical basic casual weekend outfit: A t-shirt and a pair of cute shorts. By taking an extra moment and adding the right accessories, your look can go from drab to fab. The littlest touches make the biggest statement.

FASHION: Etro Fashion Show – Soho Beach House

Attended a lovely fashion show by Etro hosted by Saks Fifth Ave Bal Harbour at Soho Beach House last night. Had such a nice time and most importantly previewed their Spring Summer 2012 collection for my clients.

The vibrant colors really captured the spirit of the Italian brand and I had a great seat to take it all in.

This is the dress shown above. Doesn’t look like much on the hanger huh. Guess the saying you never know until you try it on really is the truth.

After the show I went and took a closer look at the pieces. I love this space for a fashion show – it’s so intimate.

Delicious treats were passed. I sampled the homemade vanilla ice cream with dulce de leche and caramel drizzle. The tiny tart was a banana custard with blueberries. Yum.

Guests were gifted the Etro fragrance Paisley. Excited to see how it smells.
